Centrally located, close to major public transport and road links, Ulster Hall, Grand Opera House and Victoria Square Shopping Centre are all within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.
Hotel is clean and welcoming. Room was big enough for 4 of us with space to still move around. Bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable and room was very clean. Food for breakfast was excellent, great choice and all very fresh. Restaurant/bar food absolutely delicious and not overly expensive for food/drink. Staff very friendly also. We will definitely be back.
The Holiday Inn Belfast is a very welcoming modern hotel in a great location. Couldn't fault anything during our stay. Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and delicious food. Will return during 2023. Already recommended the hotel to our friends..

We had to leave a day early and was so disappointed as we love staying here. It’s very central. Breakfast is excellent and very friendly staff.
Very convenient location and within walking distance to many of the diiferent attractions in Belfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable and there was a great choice at breakfast.
We had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn check in was very quick and staff very friendly, the room was nice and big very clean with a great shower, the Breakfast was great with lot's of choice to choose from. had a great stay.

If I was to stay in Belfast again this would definitely be one of the hotels I would go to. From reception to security staff. They could not have been more helpful or friendly They even left a little surprise in the room for myself and wife to celebrate our anniversary. Prosecco in an ice cold bucket and two little chocolate cakes and a card telling us not to hesitate if we need anything else and wishing a very happy anniversary.
Highly recommended, the check in was staff was fantastic they allowed us to check in 2 hours early , the room was perfect and the breakfast buffet was great. Only one little mishap , we got stuck in the lift for about 10 minutes but I couldn't blame them for it , obviously was a technical problem. All in we will definitely go back when we visit the city again.
My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Holiday Inn, the breakfast was great . We found no fault whatsoever, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We shall stay again, thank you
Just a friendly, helpful, very comfortable, handy size bed rooms and good location Hotel, be back again in a few weeks time for Hospital appointment. Just hope the second lift is working by then

Staff were nice and helpful. Hotel very near centre of Belfast. Food was nice. Breakfast was self service and plenty. Room was clean and comfortable. Pity about our neighbors talking loud at night and banging doors at all hours. Apart from that an enjoyable stay.
Location is walking distance to city centre. Clean rooms, breakfast is quite substantial (buffet style).Perfect as a sightseeing base. Staff friendly and helpful.
Stayed with husband and two children. The children shared a sofa bed in our room which was fine, but the actual sofa bed had a lot of the metal frame exposed at the sides, the exposed parts were the hinges that were used to fold the bed and were not safe for a child to sleep beside. Asked reception for extra pillows or bathtowls to fold over the hinges, they were sent up to the room without issue, I got the impression I was not the first person to have mentioned this issue. The room and hotel, in general, was very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and a good mix of experienced staff and some newbies being trained in, there was no shortage of staff at all, breakfast, in particular, was very well staffed. Dined in the hotel the first night and the food was fine , basic but good . Breakfast buffet also basic but well stocked and presenated and organised. Good location central , would stay there again , not a luxury /treat hotel , but does exactly what it says on the tin kind of hotel
Great hotel with the friendliest staff. We stayed the weekend with 2 kids we were welcomed by the friendliest girls at reception. We really felt welcome and the hotel was spacious and spotless. It was easy to find and plenty of parking right across the road.

Comfortable, clean,good breakfast.
Great location, very central for walking around. Had dinner there which was very nice. Breakfast was good, but a bit chatoic, as people queuing to get a table were queuing on top of people trying to get hot food. More staff are needed to give out hot food. All the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Front of house staff are very friendly and the bar staff are brilliant best French Martinis I’ve ever had! Would totally recommend a stay over here

Hotel very central, right in front of the train/bus station. Hotel staff very friendly, breakfast freshly made and filling. Two things for me that were off was that the bed had spring not very comfortable for me personally and I booked two single beds as I went with my adult son and we got a double bed but luckily he stayed over at a friend's so all good. But generally pleasant place to stay and I am returning in April.

On checkout girl at reception promised she would forward my receipt but I still did not get it and that was 2 days ago. I can send emails to america and they get them in a second !
Our family room was a 2 bedroom suite with a door between both rooms. The rooms were sold separately and not as a suite. This unfortunately led to no sound proofing between the rooms as there was an adjoining door. At 10:30pm the room next door put on the tv which was like having the tv on in our room. This was on for hours with light chatting so we got no sleep as a family with small kids. The next morning the tv was switched on at 7am and so this woke us up from an already terrible nights sleep. We came home exhausted. It was not the fault of the couple next door. These rooms are not soundproofed for this use and should only be sold as a suite. Terrible stay.
